I have no idea what the big deal is with bringing my baby to the pool at 4 weeks old! Honestly, if one more person tells me how "brave" I am for having the baby at the pool, I am going to lose it. It's hot. We're going swimming.

I'm not sure how I feel about people's over-posting on FB. Do I really need to know every detail of your life? It is okay to brush your hair or eat dinner without posting about it.

I am SO SO tired of people coming up to me in the store when LO is in my MOBY and just pulling the cloth off to take a peak, I swear I will go postal on the next person who does that... and why is it always in Walmart!

I hate shared facebook accounts. Just because I am married does not mean my husband and I are one person, I will have my own facebook account and he can have his. Every time I see a shared account I can't help but think they don't trust each other. And I really side eye anyone who has a combined fb account while being engaged.

I think I have at least 4 friends that are that way and I don't understand it at all.

With all the fb posts i figured id add my opinion. I liked fb better when u had to have a college email address To be on it. I hate that everyone has a page. Yesterday some idiot Made the news for giving her unborn fetus a page. Fb is now like myspace with the stupid games and dumb pages I wish i knew what the new thing was.

I took LO to the animal farm yesterday- I kept him a good distance from all the animals and didn't touch anything- the bummer was he was wide awake at home but slept the whole time we were there. We only stayed about 10 minutes because of the sun/heat but it was fun (and I'm sure full of germs and disease)

I'm right there with you, and I have a kid who still fights sleep at almost 3. I've definitely used that phrase in my head a time or 2 after over an hour of trying to get DD#1 to sleep, but the book is just rude.

I think the appeal is that the book is saying what all of us are secretly thinking; obviously not in those exact words, but I know I have had a moment or two where I'm listening to him screaming and thinking "ARGGGHH, just go to sleep already!!!"

My UO is that you should not try to use my baby as an excuse to promote your religion and your mary kay business. Yes you read that correctly.

I was at the grocery store and a lady came up and oohed and ahhed over Cayden and then said "Do you have a minute?" (I immediately knew this was going to be a religion talk, ugh.)

So she goes into her whole thing about God (and I want to add that I am a Christian, I just am not into the whole presentation about religion thing when I'm just trying to get home from the grocery store).

Anyways, she goes into the whole thing and then says "God told me I would run into someone who needed to be pampered today and I can tell you haven't been getting much sleep with the new little one. I work for mary kay and would love for you to come to my party on Friday."

First off- thanks for telling me I look like crap today. Secondly- I hate going to mary kay parties of people I KNOW and am friends with! I would never go to one a stranger is throwing!!

Needless to say...I didn't go...lol!

I'm also sick of this. Brave would be staying home and slowly going mad. Sensible is going out with my baby and getting on with life. I kind of understood people being surprised when he was 1 week old, but now that he's past 3 weeks... the comments just keep coming.

I might buy "Go the F to Sleep" for DH for Father's Day. He loves it. He has read it out loud to our son already... more than once.

I hate when people say, "Oh, I know who's boss of your house now!" or any other variation that my child me orders me around all day long like I have no will of my own. Yes, my DD is the center of my universe, but I am the parent- I will be calling the shots as she grows up.

im so tired of my family and friends telling me that i dont need to have another kid... just because i had to be on bedrest for 2 months with PTL and dynamic cervix. Each pregnancy is different and i might not have to be on bedrest with the next one and things will change by the time we have another one. If we do have to be on bedrest at least we will be more prepared. URGH

LOL I think that's the tackiest thing I've heard all month. Gotta give her credit for her brass balls though right?

I'm sure this isn't an unpopular opinion, but I'm so sick and tired of the sleep comments from people. Yes, I have a newborn, and yes, I have to get up at night to feed her. It's not the freaking end of the world.

I'm sick of my FIL's GF. She apparently thinks we have some sort of big special relationship, even though I can barely tolerate her. She doesn't understand the fact that "We're going to bed" really means "We don't want to be social anymore tonight" because she came knocking on our door 4 separate times when all 3 of us(DH, LO and I) were in the bedroom with both the door to our hallway/laundry room and our bedroom door closed! The d@mn door's closed, leave us ALONE!
