Greensboro Infant childcare recs?

DH and I are trying to research our child care options. We are touring some day care centers and trying to figure out what other options may be out there.

Anyone have any recommendations for an infant. Baby will be about 3-4 months when we need to start child care.

I've heard really good things about Appletree Academy and was very impressed with their high point facility. I will be using them in the Fall. I know they have a greensboro facility as well but not sure if it is close to you.
