I made a calendar for DH for his desktop. They are on sale on shutterfly for 50% off right now...the shipping and handling gets you but still a good price.

To make it more unique, I added the lines of I love you through and through. Each month has all the different pages and pictures that go with it. here is "I love your fingers and your toes". I would definately tear up if he had given me this.
