It depends for me...if I need something crunchy I go for crunchy veggies. If I need something salty (which usually means I really want french fries) I go for a healthier salt snack (100 calorie pretzels or a very small handful of lightly salted almonds), and if I need sweet & salty: small handful of trail mix. And when all of that fails, I do what Rach suggested: drink LOTS of water.
drink water, eat veggies or eat Chobani yogurt with fruit. (i did a 3 day Shakeology cleanse that ended yesterday and was losing it) Good luck.

I had a busy day! Sometimes when I have a crazing I'll give in to it a teensy bit- for example, get something low in points from the J in the B if I was really really wanting it. I find that if I deny myself those things, I end up "eating around" it, just snacking snacking snacking, and I end up eating more than the priginal thing would have been anyway.
Like last week, i had in and out, but worked out and had a very low point veggie filled dinner.
when i have a strong craving i give in to it in moderation, otherwise like frick i will end up just eating around it and eating up the same amt of calories anyways... so maybe just have one item from the menu and see if that helps
of course drinking some water or tea helps me get over the craving if it isnt too strong
