I found this link that has more interesting comparisons and even explains if it is the length, weight or general size that you should keep in mind for each item. :)

  • The one that baffled me was when you were a cantaloupe, THEN a banana.  Last time I checked, a banana is much smaller than a cantaloupe.  I've been able to eat a banana in a single sitting since I was about 2 y/o.  It took me getting pregnant to be able to power through a whole cantaloupe in one shot.
