In the past I have asked people how long it took them to get their BFP, and most people have said "not long". I never really asked more specifically after that. Well now that we're starting TTC, I am thinking more about the response "not long" and have been asking myself what that really means! I know everyone is different, but I am curious.
So ladies, how many cycles before you got your BFP?
Re: how many cycles before your BFP?
for this pregnancy it was three cycles
3 - the third one we started charting. Our BFP cycle is our 4th cycle.

With our first, it took 15 months plus Glucophage so we assumed it was going to take the help of meds for # 2 as well.

What it takes for one woman (or many) has absolutely no indication on how long it will take for you. Every individual has their own issues (or not) that are specific to them.
That said, it took us about 11 months. I think the "average" is about 8 months or less. Though as all doctors will tell you it can take up to a year for a healthy woman to conceive.
pg #1, 16 cycles
pg #2, 2 cycles
