Update: IUI is tomorrow. This is the first time in all my time of doing treatments that I feel optimistic. I've never gone through with a treatment that I had a good response. With DS everything got canceled, with the last IUI I didn't feel that I responded at all but I felt like it wouldn't put us out that much to go ahead with it. I took Femara, cd12 u/s was Tuesday, I had 2 follies, a 19 and a 14. Triggered last night. I've never been truly hopeful about a cycle and its scary but exciting.

QOTD: We currently have a diesel Jetta and a CRV. We may keep them both and add a bigger SUV or a van in a year or so. My Jetta gets great mileage so we will probably both drive it to work (DH works nights). DH drives the CRV to my family farm and uses it for hunting and such, we won't be in a huge rush unless we end up pregnant with more than one. We are planning to build a house in a year or so, our house is ok now but we really need a basement/more space. Next March we plan to put our house up for sale and move in with my parents when it sells while we build. We have purchased a lot in my dream neighborhood. I'm excited but nervous to think how that will work if we do have a newborn.

I am on BCPs for my final fresh IVF (we have frosties we will pay oop for if we need to). Probably will have my ER/ET around the 10th of July....oy.

QOTD: We both have new car fever (not that we can afford one since we currently have 2 car payments). We have 3 cars but one is a piece of junk and one is a two seater so we want to get a new car for me early next year and let DH have my car as a back up but we don't even feel like we can get excited about a particular model since we don't know if we will be one and done at that point or if I'll be pregnant with one (or even 2). If I get pg and it is twins we will get a minivan...which I'm fine with but it isn't as exciting as the other cars we've been looking at. We are staying in our house. We have three upstairs bedrooms so even if we had twins, we'd be ok-- though one kid would get screwed with the small room ; )

Update: CD8 here, glad to have a relatively fresh start. It's been a not so wonderful week personally though. Not sure when/if I'll O. Plans to call the RE around CD20 if I don't see O before then.

QOTD: Nothing should really change except with our current DD. I am afraid she'll be jealous. But of course I wish I had a bigger house, with central A/C-that would be great.

Update: I O'd on my own this month which is a small miracle, especially coming of a m/c. We have tried on our own this month but not sure how great our timing was given the long weekend we were away and I didn't chart at all. I have my WTF appt today and am armed with a host of question. I hope we can do the testing with this AF and start a fresh cycle after that.

QOTD: Our home is certainly big enough to accomodate another LO. We will move DS to one of our guest rooms and the baby into his nursery though losing that spare room means losing my closet I currently have a 2 door Civic, it's not really in the budget to get a new car but if we have twins it will be a must. I so wish I would be able to drop to part time but I don't think it's in the cards at this time.

Update: I made an appointment to see the RE again. I got my period but it was only for 2 days, which is more then I used to get unmediated. I've been taking OPK's and nothing, zilch, zero. DH is deploying in August for 3 months. We're going to aim for an IUI in June and if it doesn't work we'll resume with treatment in November when he gets home.

QOTD: I don't think to much will change by adding one more, just more chaos!!! I became a SAHM when we had the boys and we bought a minivan which has made life much easier. After the boys start school of was planning on going back to teaching so, if we are blessed with another LO, that will be delayed a little bit.

QOTD: We will stay in the same house. We're in the middle of finishing our basement. When I get PG with a sticky baby, we'll build another room in the basement so my DH can move his office downstairs and we will have another bedroom to use upstairs. I don't imagine cars or work situations to change much (after mat leave).

Update: On CD 16 of an unmedicated cycle...haven't Oed on my own in months so I"m not holding my breath for a miricle BFP or anything. I go in on Saturday to get my infectious disease bloodwork done as well as bloodwork to check my thyroid. (Day 3 bloodwork showed it to be a little off.) DH will do his bloodwork and SA in July, we'll meet with RE, and start cycling for an IUI.

QOTD: Nothing would really change. We have Pilot and own a 4 bedroom house. We have room for 1 or 2 more children. I wish I would be able to become a SAHM withour next child, but it doesn't look like that is a possibility. One can dream though.

Add me to the group please. We started hopelessy trying on our own! We will head back to the RE this fall or winter.

AOTD: We have to finish our basement (almost done) and move Gwen to a new big girl room. I really would love to have a bigger house, but that isn't happening any time soon. I will still work in the evenings, but will try to start after my DH is off so we don't have to worry about childcare.
