Hangover II vs. Bridesmaids

Has anyone seen either of these? DH and I were going to go see Hangover II this weekend for our anniversary date night, but it's getting pretty bad reviews. He's offering to take me to see Bridesmaids instead, which I'd love to see, but I KNOW he doesn't really want to, he's just being nice. hehe..

What would you do? Smile

I've seen Hangover II and I thought it was hilarious. It's also crude, and has lots of nudity but as long as you're prepared for and cool with that then it's okay. It's a LOT like the first one, IMO.

I have not seen Bridesmaids though so I can't compare the two. But if you want something romantic for your anniversary, Hangover II isn't it. : ) It is certainly entertaining though.

my BFF saw both and said bridemaids was better but that they were both hilarious. DH saw bridemaids and liked it so I think a guy could enjoy it too. I vote bridesmaids.

I saw Hangover II last weekend on a date night with DH and we both thought it was funny...i think it was better then the reviews it got. I have not seen Bridesmaids but My dad saw it with my mom this past weekend and said he enjoyed it but was def. surprsied that some of the older people in the theater didnt leave cuz of somet of the stuff in the movie. i have heard quite a few men see bridesmaids and enjoy it. So I'd say either is prolly a great choice but if DH is willing to see bridesmaids u might want to jump on that offer now since he will still want to see hangover 2 later.
