My husband is saying I have no passion. LO is 4 weeks. I"s it me or is it the whole baby situation?

    Given our LO is only 6 days old but I personally wanna jump DHs bones. He seems to still be attracted as well, he grabs my butt and gives me surprise kisses and cuddles.

    I think everyone reacts differently to having a baby so you can't compare yourself to others. That said, DH and I have had two 'intimate encounters' since LO was born- pretty much everything but sex. It probably would have happened more too but I am so tired most of the time.

    For me, it's a chance to feel like a real person again for a couple minutes while he's asleep. I'm not Xander's mommy or Essie the Cow, I get to be me again.

    I think it's something that comes back on an individual basis- but I'm ready to go... counting down 4 more weeks...

    I am ready to go...but still nervous about the first time being completely intimate after the baby. DH and I have had a few make out sessions and he is constantly letting me know he is still attracted to me. I want "adult fun time" and patiently waiting to get the all clear.

    DH cut me off about 12 weeks into pregnancy, so needless to say, it's been a long while!! I have been counting down the days until my 6 wk PP appt, and I'm happy to say that it's on the 7th. Which means that DH and I will be busy that night! It's a bit of a role reversal for us. I can tell he's ready, but I'm the one acting like a teenage boy!!!! It's amazing to feel like this so close after having DD#2. After DD#1, sex was the last thing on my mind for quite a while!
