I need to find some motivation! The weight loss fairy still hasn't visited, so I need to get off my bum and start doing something about lossing my "baby weight." (Not sure I can blame it all on LO, since I lregained a bunch of weight that I lost.)
Anyone interested in a weekly thread/check-in?

Re: Anyone interested in doing a weight loss thread/check-in?
I'll do it with you.
I was pretty horrified looking at my shadow in a bathing suit this weekend w/ DD. I had no idea my belly was as big as it is.
I'm in!
I started working out the week before Easter. I'd hit my all time (except for pregnancy) high weight of 160 and was feeling AWFUL about myself. My wedding rings barely fit, my bras were way too tight and I just had enough. I started running 4 days a week and I've only lost about 6 pounds, but I've lost several inches off of my waist, butt and thighs. Today I am wearing a pair of pants that I couldn't even button 2 months ago!
you can walk at the mall early in the morning before it opens (w/ the old folks). There are also normally mom groups/stroller strides there too.
You can also do things like put all of your dirty laundry on the floor and pick up one piece at a time to put it in the washer machine while doing lunges or squats. There are other things that you can do to squeeze in a workout.
I lost almost 20 lbs w/in two months by cutting out dairy.
Ditto this.
I'm interested! I just started the 30 Day Shred workout this past Friday because I totally plateaued on my pp weight loss and I want to look hawt in a bikini on family vacation in mid July.
I took my body measurements the other day and compared them to those from when I was at my smallest - eeeeep is all I can say. To add insult to injury, I took "before" pics, as well. Scary.
