i assume the GF mamas already know about this, but I saw a GF organic mac and cheese at the store today and it looks yummy and was a resonable price. Its by Annie's and I saw it at Target. Pretty sure it contains dairy, but if you are only GF then it may work. I think its rice pasta, but I didnt look really hard since J cant eat it.
I also just googled and found a really neat GF Bisquick mix, which may help out with making biscuits, pancakes, etc. We use regular bisquick quite often since it is dairy free and Jacob loves his biscuits
Re: GF pasta
DS loved the Annie's GF Mac N Cheese when he was GF/WF.
Target just started carrying the GF Bisquick mix and it is so much cheaper than other brands of similar GF baking mixes which is very exciting!

I haven't seen the GF Rice Krispies yet, but I know they're coming. I check every time I go to the grocery store.

I hadn't heard about the GF Rice Krispies! Rice Krispie treats, what what?
Cocoa Pebbles and Fruity Pebbles are now GF, and they have these things called Cocoa Pebble treats that are similar to RK treats that are also GF. Not great for you, but nice for a treat. It's nice to have mainstream options other than Chex (although, love Chex for what they do).
I didn't love the Annie's mac and cheese, but I was happy to see it. I still miss the blue box.
I haven't tried the Bisquick yet, but the Betty Crocker Cake Mixes that I've tried have been great. I did the brownies (added mint chips), and my grandma made me a caramel cake with the yellow cake mix. Both were great.
