I'm pissed at DH for irrational reasons

1. He lost his wedding ring in Canada (it fell off his finger into a lake while they were netting a fish and they couldn't find it)

2. He made me promise not to watch any Friday Night Lights while he was gone, so that we could watch it together. FCVKING netflix took FNL off their streaming shows, so we can't finish it!!!

    Aw I'm sorry - I think its just been a long week as a single mom!  DH lost his wedding ring awhile back and I was sort of upset too, so I get that, but it wasn't in a lake - aw man that one won't be found:(

     

    Sorry about FNL!  You're such a good wife for waiting for him!  Knowing me I would have watched it then watched again when he got home :)

    Sometimes it sucks to be a woman.  I feel like this is a woman thing to do.  I'd be mad too!

    Glad the problem is solved.  I LOVE Tim Riggins...like a lot!!!  I would leave DH for a one night stand with him.  I bet he would rock my world.

    Oh, that was you! I vaguely remember that thread. But I remember thinking at the time "No way, JKat has to be married to an awesome guy. She'll get an great gift later."

    Btw, that is totally something I would do. Vengeful as I am, I pretended that DH's birthday was a nonevent last year b/c for mine he did nothing. While I was pregnant and I cried. 

    Even the good one's mess up sometimes :)

    Effing Canadian water.  It stole my DH's ring too.  We were staying at a great private cottage on a cliff overlooking the straight and we were about to get into the hot tub when DH ran into a spider web, threw up his hands and his newly loose ring (he'd lost a bunch of weight) just flew right over the cliff and into the water.  There was no hope we'd ever get it back.  Sorry your DH lost his.  It sucks.

    What season of FNLs are you on?  Hulu has quite a few episodes of it.

    Yup-same for DH. He just lost 40 pounds so his ring was too big.
