Babies: 6 - 9 Months

I know this has been asked a million times re-bump on the head

From what I remember if your kid hits their head and they have an actual bump that means they are ok right?

I just picked up Quinn from MIL's and she got away from her today and smacked her head on the coffee table.

We tried to ice the bump but Quinn wouldn't sit still.

  • As long as she's acting normally and doesn't throw up, you're good.

  • Yes that was what they told me as well but you can call the piediatrician's hotline and they will go through a checklist with you.  I'm sure she's fine.

Me too. I got there and MIL tried to cover it up and was like "don't show mommy what you did"

Really? Like I'm not going to notice the huge bump on my kid's forehead?

And seriously? When did Nattie get all grown up and such? She is such a cutie!

This.  And you can always call your pedi if you're concerned.

They said she was acting normal afterword. And she wasn't fussy when I picked her up.
