Today was Day 3. A friend joined in with me and it felt good to see the difference between Day 1 (for her) and what should be about Day 10 for me. I'm still glad I started over though- I'm getting stronger but I still can't do the full Level 1 workout without a short stop and I can't use the weights on every exercise, but I'm getting closer!

yestarday I went to crossfit, my gym and the workout of the day was front squats...I've gotten weaker since prepregnancy. I lifted 53 lbs. then we ran 400 meters and did squats with 32 lb kettelbells for 4 times. It felt really good...I just can't wait to start getting my strength back
I'm not dieting really. last night was a salad and healthy chicken nuggets;) I get them from whole foods and bake them. I also took another small walk afternoon with my DH to get softserve ice cream. I figure bf=500 calories and then my workout...I'm good still.
It's an excersice video... It's like a 30 day plan. The work out is like 30 min long and you start off with an "easy" routine and I use the word "easy" losely, because its not that easy but anyway then you move up to different routines.
