Cherry Picking in Brentwood?

in Northern California Babies

Anyone have any recs for farms in Brentwood where we can pick cherries? (Or any other place...Brentwood is just the 1st place that comes to mind). DH and I have never been and we really want to take DCs this year.

    I'd recommend going to one that isn't on Walnut, as they get all the traffic and you usually have to head way back into the farm to avoid the crowds.  We usually go to Wolfe on Concord Ave.

    I would call to make sure there are still plenty of cherries after the weekend, but we had a great time at chavez Cherry Farm in Brentwood 2 weeks ago. Huge delicious cherries. DS had a blast. It's near the intersection of Marsh Creek Rd and Walnut.
