When cramping makes me super nervous I....

try to tell myself, "oh good- now I might get a little baby bump".  Because even though I know cramping is normal and not necessarily a sign of miscarriage; it was a symptom I got right before I started bleeding with my m/c.  So telling myself that it's just normal cramping and not to freak out- because otherwise I totally will!

    I was twinging like crazy this morning. I was with my BFF and she told me that it was most likely my inside stretching to make room for our LO!  I just have to remind myself that. haha.  I hope you are well!!

    My RE told me she felt like she was going to get her period any second throughout the whole 1st tri. Everytime I start cramping, I remember her words. Here's to hoping it goes away SOON!

    Last night I coughed while laying on my side.. I thought my belly just got chopped off it hurt so bad.  Now ALL day - I'm constantly checking to make sure I'm okay.  Funny thing is, now that I've actually said all that - it sounds so paranoid!  I guess it's natural to worry.

    oh i hear you.  in the middle of the night i rolled over and twisted as i did at the torso and it felt like someone stabbed me.  i accidentally yelped, it startled me so much and woke up DH.  ughhh, i don't care for these twinges at all!

    I know right. I had soo much discharge the first month I thought I ill have to wear  pad.  now the second month I dont have as much. I dont know if i should be worry or just happy.

    I'm with you all!  I also had a miscarriage before, so I freak out every time even though everyone says that cramping is normal.  I really could do without it...but maybe instead of panic each time I feel it, I can just use it as a way to remind me that there IS a little baby in there.  Especially since it still doesn't seem real!!!
