Under "People" if I click on "followers" is that a list of people I am following or people that are following me??

    Followers are those that are following you.  Following are the people that you follow.

     

    if you type it more than once, 'follow' just looks odd...

    Those are people that follow you and you follow them.  You can "unfollow" them if you want to, but they will still be following you.
