The key is NOT to salt them before you bake. It steams them. Only EVOO, bake and then salt. Makes a HUGE difference.
They are great with nooch (nutritional yeast) as it gives them a cheesy flavor. Or try other seasonings you like (garlic, paprika, etc.)
