Anybody own/buy a bounce /moonwalk house?

So my soon to be 4 year old wants one for his birthday. I know we can rent them not sure how much but I was telling dh that maybe we should just invest in one for when we have their birthday parties and the kids can play in. Both our kids birthdays are in the summer and we have a huge backyard for it too. I'm just wanting to ask what should we look for when we decide to buy one? Any suggestions who has the best prices and what stores sell these? I think they are called bounce houses or bouncy /moonwalk ? ANyways thanks for any tips. I"m also not sure if there is another section that I can post this and get some suggestions. Thanks

A coworker just bought one and she said that Walmart had the best prices. I know she compared prices at TRU, Target, and Walmart, she may have looked at other places as well. I think she paid about $200 for hers.
