Babies: 6 - 9 Months

My son is like a Jack-in-the-Box!

For the past week, I lay my LO down in his crib fast asleep. He lays there so sweet and quite and sleeping for about ten minutes and then all of a sudden he pops right up and starts playing with his paci, the polka dots on his sheets, the bumper on his crib (breathable bumper, that is :). He is fine for about ten minutes and then starts to fuss which leads to an all out cry (I have tried COI but I can only last about three minutes)!!! I go get him, put him back to sleep and ten minutes later he pops right up again. Repeat. Repeat.

He has been STTN since he was two months old and now all of a sudden this?

Anyone else???

Do you think its teeth? Or maybe the fact that he is mobile now?

  • both! the fact that he is learning so many new things...they like to practice in their sleep! That along with the teeth is probably what is keeping him up. It's just another phase!
