Baby pools or Park water fountains recs needed

I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas of where to take under-2's for water activities during hot days in the summer?

Are there any public water play areas or baby pools around Baltimore?

I heard Silver Spring has one but is there anything closer? Has anyone been to Roosevelt Park??  Any recs would be appreciated! TIA.

    The kids pool in Hampton is supposed to be really nice and only a couple of dollars to get in.

    I've heard the Canton one is nice. They just posted the pool schedule for Baltimore City.
