I have at least 20 pounds to still lose. I have been looking at the WW website, and I would like to hear what it is about from people who are doing it. How does it work? I assume you are limited to a certain number of "points," and between that and exercise you lose weight? This probably sounds like a stupid question. Lol. Oh well. Also, if you just sign up online, what all do you get, and do you think it is worth it? I just don't know if I want to pay a monthly fee for a bunch of healthy recipes and tips when I could possibly lose the weight on my own and for free.
TIA for any opinions and advice.
Re: S/O Weight Watchers
Hi there.
I am doing WW right now and i also did it in the past. The new plan allows for more points and you get to eat quite a bit of food. I am not feeling deprived at all on this plan where before I did. And because I am breastfeeding, I get extra points. I am already down 8lbs in 4 weeks (weigh in again tomorrow so might be more than 8!). I have done the online and the meetings and prefer the meetings cause then I actually have to weigh in in front of someone and that kinda makes me more accountable to how the week went.?
If you are one who could lose the weight on your own, go for it... saves you money. But, if you like support of others and getting different ideas, then joining will help!!
