WFB?

Good morning, Beautiful Mamas! What's for breakfast this morning?

As for myself, I can't get over my appetite! After a substantial nighttime snack last night, I was rarin' to go for breakfast this morning (maybe just an hour later than usual.) I had: a smashed over-ripe banana, cinnamon, cashew butter and chia seeds on 2 brown rice cakes + unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a cup of decaf coffee.

What about you?

  • A bagel with extra veggie cream cheese (for the protein!) and a mango greek yogurt (also for the protein!)  Delish!!

  • Honey Nut Chex :) I can't even describe how excited I get for cereal these days. I picked out some new flavors at the store last night and can't wait to eat them all!

    LOL me too.  I've been downing frosted mini wheats by the box.

  • Glass of skim milk, special K cereal, and I have some fruit for later
  • I'm going to make some whole wheat raspberry muffins in a little bit (it's only 7am here!).

  • Two slices of whole wheat toast with peanutbutter and honey (Jif now has the two combined in one container) and OJ with extra calcium.  At some point this week I plan on making some scones, just need to find the time.

    Mmmm...now I'm craving a bagel with veggie cream cheese! That sounds so good!

  • Oatmeal for now... green monster smoothie (banana, almond milk, spinach) for mid-morning. 

    I'm so happy I finally have my normal appetite back! I think the food aversions have gone away!

  • It's almost 5pm here but I'll play anyway.  This morning I ate yogurt, a peach, and a fiber bar for breakfast.  It was delicious, especially the peach.
