I think I'm back :)

I posted last week that I had an u/s but was unable to see anything but a gestational sack. The nurse at my office called me the next day and basically said to come back in two weeks, but not to get my hopes up. I was crushed.

I decided it might be time to find a new office, so I had my first appt. with another ob today. Everything went great and she ordered me to have another u/s at the local hospital tonight.

The u/s showed a baby measuring 6w1d (I thought I was a little further), a yolk sac, and a heartbeat of 112. Phew!

So, for now I think I'm back and so relieved. My one question is does the heartbeat seem a little low? What were some of yours at 6-6 1/2 weeks?

I have no idea about the HB but I wanted to say congrats! And I hope your new office is a better fit for you!

Congrats!! LOs heart JUST started beating, so I think the hb is fine. Mine were in the 120s at 6w6d and doc said that was perfect. I have heard anything over 100 is good.

our lo was 117 at 5w5d, i think anything over 100 is ok around that time?

Welcome back! I'm so glad your scan today went so well. I had my u/s today at 6w5d and LO's heart rate was 105 bpm. My RE wasn't at all concerned about that and said she is happy with anything over 100 at this stage.
