Good morning, Beautiful Mamas! What's for breakfast this morning?
As for myself, I can't get over my appetite! After a substantial nighttime snack last night, I was rarin' to go for breakfast this morning (maybe just an hour later than usual.) I had: a smashed over-ripe banana, cinnamon, cashew butter and chia seeds on 2 brown rice cakes + unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a cup of decaf coffee.

LOL me too. I've been downing frosted mini wheats by the box.
Mmmm...now I'm craving a bagel with veggie cream cheese! That sounds so good!
Oatmeal for now... green monster smoothie (banana, almond milk, spinach) for mid-morning.
I'm so happy I finally have my normal appetite back! I think the food aversions have gone away!
