Franklin, MA area -- Childcare Centers?

DH and I have toured a bunch of childcare centers and have narrowed it down to either the Goddard School in Bellingham or KinderCare in Franklin. 

Just looking for first-hand experiences with either center, if anyone has it?  A colleague of mine has her 5-year old twins at KinderCare and her only complaint in the 5 years that they've been going is staff turnover, but I think this is pretty common among childcare providers, especially in the center environment. 

I think we're leaning towards KinderCare.  Price is about the same (KinderCare is slightly more), most amenities are the same, just a very different vibe from each.  And, trying to get real parents' experiences, not from a list of references provided by each center.  Would like the good, the bad, and the ugly, if you know what I mean...

    Did you look at Next Generation in Franklin? They are supposed to be reputable centers.

    We did, but they're structured a little differently -- only 9 hours per day, and then every 1/2 hour is an additional rate.  Or, you can pick their 11 hour per day rate. 

    We actually toured their center, and although it was nice, we just didn't get a good vibe...

    I worked at NGCC and know that vibe you felt, I would work for them again but wouldnt send my child to that center either. Also both of my sisters worked/work at Kindercare and Goddard. And honestly I would pick Kindercare over Goddard, only bc I know half the people that work there and hear stories that my sister told.

    I do work at another Kindercare location and send my daughter to the same location and Im not happy with my choice and am looking for another type of care for her, and position for myself. But my sister loves her Kindercare.
