I feel like my LO has dirt under his fingerails. How do you clean this?

    I just used my own fingernail.  It worked like a charm.

    I used those things you use to push back cuticles. It only works when LO is sleeping otherwise he moves too much and I afraid to hurt him. I wonder where all this dirt comes from.
