Proactiv.....Can we use it??

HI Ladies,

During pregnancy my face and back broke out and now that the baby is here i want to try and do something to get rid of it. I always wanted to try Proactiv, however I am nursing and want to make sure it is safe and that the chemicals involved are not to harsh. Does anyone use it? Anyone using it nursing???

    I am sure it's fine, just don't slather it all over your body. I used Benzoyl Peroxide on my face my whole pregnancy and still using it, and I BF.

    I also broke out badly on my back during pg. and the Dr. said it should go away afterwards, but so far it hasn't gotten better. I may be trying proactiv or going to a dermatologist soon!

    I'm glad I'm not the only one! My back looks terrible still. I am using a body wash with salicylic acid and spot treatment benzoyl peroxide, and I just can't seem to get a handle on it. I'm starting to think it is never going away.

    I'm not currently using it, buy I did during my pregnancy. OB said it's fine!
