RP: 12-24 mos Stomach bug

Our almost 3 yr old had it Thursday night and Friday morning...just vomiting.  She wasn't herself until Sunday night into Monday...one bout of diarrhea. 

 Our 6 month old started Saturday night.  Vomited a few times and then fell back to sleep until morning.  Sunday she kept down pedialyte and a 1tbsp of cereal around lunchtime.  Had a few oz of formula in the afternoon and then prob 4 oz before bed.  Yesterday ( Monday ) she had her formula, but wasn't eating a lot...prob had about 14 oz all day.  Had last bottle at 5pm and was down until this morning.  Got up around 545 so I gave her a bottle thinking she'd be starving.  She took 4 oz, fell asleep in my arms, I put her over my shoulder to burp her, she had a nice burp and then threw EVERYTHING up...looked like even from the day before, so that means she's still not digesting normally  

 Anyway, we went to the pedi today and we've just been doing pedialyte and some solids (apples, bananas).  So far, she's kept it all down. 

I guess my question is, if you've experienced a baby this young with a stomach virus, do you have any tips?  Usually how long will this persist...I'm guessing a week.  Oh and she's cutting her 2 top teeth.  Poor baby
