Need help with wording for a card

Our friend's just bought their first home, but they live on the whole other side of the country.  Wish we could go visit, but with a new baby coming, I don't see it happening anytime soon and they are not sure if they will be able to come home for the summer.  Anyway, I still want to send them a card.  The card already says "Congratulations on your new home."  What else do you say?  "May you share many memories and make new traditions in your home?"  I've never had to sned one of these cards before and I'm not really sure what you say.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
