XP: increasing supply on one side

So, any ideas on how to increase supply on only one side? I don't always want to start her on that side cause the other will never totally empty... I'm pumping at least an ounce less on the right side. I've heard this can be kinda normal, but I'd like that extra ounce to store.

    Exact same story here. I am no expert, but I've been starting LO on the side that is smaller and letting him empty it as much as possible. If he's still hungry I put him on the other side. If he's full, I pump the bigger side that was not fed on to keep up supply. The smaller one is still smaller, but it has increased in the last week (I can tell based on LO and by pumping it). I figure LO can empty it better than the pump and therefore increase supply there.
