? on edible favours for DS birthday

I am planning on doing chocolate covered oreos (the mold is jungle themed to match the theme of the party) as favours for the adults and kids.

Are 2 oreos per person enough (in a treat bag with a thank you label attached)?

 The kids will also get a loot bag.  I'm not doing loot bags for the babies (about 5 of them) only those 1 year and over so I thought this would be nice.

I was initially planning on making chocolate lolliopops as well but the weather is very warm here now and I have no where to store finished lollipops to prevent melting.
