Breastfed poop...

So I've read online it's supposed to have a "sweet" smell...uh not my baby! It definitely stinks....?

    DS's has almost a musty yogurt smell! Weird I know. My friend's DD also had the same smell at this age too, so I'm assuming it's fine. I was told by the LC that as long as it's yellow and has what looks like seeds in it it's healthy poop and can go anywhere from mossy green to orange at times and still be alright!

    I agree with the musty yogurt or I think of curdled milk when I smell them.

    Well there's a smell but it's certainly not sweet.
    This. It isn't a sweet smell but it is definitely better than how it will be once they start solids. Not looking forward to that.

    I think iread in a book some Drs wife described it as curried yogurt. DS has smelly poops, but based on my babysitting experience it smells nothing like a baby on solids.

    Lol thanks ladies. I think I read it in a book our pedi gave us. There is nothing sweet smelling about her poop!

    It definitely smells sweet compared to my toddler's poop ;-)  Also in comparison to FF babies.  But not like roses or anything!
