6w PP and AF returns?! WTF!

DD is just over 6 weeks old and this afternoon -- surprise!! cramping and looks like AF is baaaack. I'm BFing and in total shock. I have a call in to my OB to see if this can be real; I've had no pp bleeding for 3+ weeks and now this?

Anyone else experience an early restart while BFing? Anyone else have it be something different?

    Me!  I guess that's what it is anyway.  About 8.5 weeks PP and yes, breastfeeding.  I wonder if it's because I'm on the micropill?

    I had AF at 8 weeks pp. I called my doctor and she said EBFing just doesn't work at keeping AF away for everyone. Ugh! You're not alone!

    I had cramping and the feeling of AF coming the last two days.  I might cry if it really comes back this early (5 weeks pp)
