orthodonist rec south end

James is interested in getting braces.  Our insurance covers a little, but we do need to pay out of pocket some too, so it needs to be a reasonably priced place.  We are in Federal Way and would be willing to travel a little bit, but not too much.  Anyone have any recommendations?

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

Re: orthodonist rec south end

  • My only advise is if he decides to go with Invisalign, make sure to use an orthodontist.  There are a lot of regular dentists that get certified to do them, but the training is very nil, and IMHO just in it for the easy money (since everything is computerized and the molds and everything get sent out to the Invisalign factory).  Like I said, this is just my opinion, but I worked for a DDS who did them...

  • Would Tukwila be too far?  I don't have the name on me, but I've heard wonderful things about an orthodontist down there.  I can dig it up if that is within reasonable distance for you!
