Call it a coincidence, or not?but we just returned from a 5 day trip to Dallas, and I felt wonderful the entire trip (aside from a few food aversions). From the day we landed until the day we came back. We live in Colorado at an elevation of 6,035 feet above sea level. Dallas is at about 430 feet. Today, I feel awful. I know hangovers are 10 times worse at this altitude (due to less oxygen), but never thought that altitude could have such an impact on Morning Sickness.
For those of you that are REALLY sick?I can?t imagine how you would feel here. I?m ready to GO BACK. Yuck.
Re: Altitude and Morning Sickness
Where in CO? I am in SE Denver.
I bet your just getting used to the altitude again. I hope you feel better soon.

I am from Colorado too! So sorry that you don't feel good. So far the m/s hasn't kicked in for me yet. I also did fine when we got back from Florida about a week ago.
My dad used to always get altitude sickness when he would come visit and I know that is quite common.
Awww...thanks! I'm in the Springs! We were just in Denver weekend before last for that amazing U2 concert.
I grew up in the Springs! We were also at the U2 show. Thought it was going to vibrate the baby right out. haha. Fun time.

I'm in Colorado also - Centennial. I was NOT at the U2 concert, although we had tickets for the original date then had to get a refund because the rescheduled date didn't work for us.
Anyway, I had a similar experience. I went to Las Vegas 2 weekends ago and the Sunday I got back I felt awful and I have ever since! It seemed to have kickstarted my morning sickness or something! No fun at all.
Good luck!

Ha! Awesome. I thought the entire state was there and it was LOUD. Where did you graduate HS?
Nice! Another Colorado Springs mama! Hope you continue to feel good. I was just bragging about how awesome I was feeling about 2 weeks ago when...BAM. Didn't have any morning sickness with DS (totally lucked out). When we have realtives come visit...we get a kick out of how little it takes them to get tipsy. They are always moving pretty slow the next day.
Ok ladies, anyone up for a road trip to Kansas for a day. I would love to remember what not feeling sick is like.
I also thought the baby was going to vibrate out at the U2 concert, and I'm pretty sure the two smoking joints in front of us were surprised to see me with my shirt over my mouth trying to hold back the puke when they toked up.
I go by Andie as well! I don't think I have ever met another Andie that spells it with an "ie" instead of just an "i". Way cool. (it is my nickname for Andrea). Hope you feel better soon.
