I want to get them for Colin this summer, he had his well visit this morning and he was 14.79# the sizes go 9-15# then 15-22#. I don't know if I should get the larger ones or not since he's on the cusp. What would you do?

I'd go larger too. At his age, he'll probably be 15# by the time you order them.
