any recs for a cat/baby gate?

We have the Carlson one and it works ok on the basement stairs, but we need a more sturdy one going upstairs. Are there any other gates we could check out? TIA

    Target has gates on sale this week and we bought ours there. It seems to be working fine for us so far.  My daughter is quite the jumper and shaker so that was our biggest concern.  She already managed to "shake" one of the spindles from the balcony lose.  (note: our home is less than a year old so it tells ya she shook the heck outta it)
