I have chicken quarters that are BBQ seasoned but I don't want to BBQ them and DH is going out of town and they need to be cooked today. I was hoping to make something in my new Dutch Oven/Casserole dish but I don't know how to cook it or how long, how hot, etc. What can I make if my main dish is BBQ seasoned chicken? I need to go to the grocery store so I can buy whatever ingredients I need in addition - I'm checking my cookbooks now as well, but hope someone has a great recipe.

Re: Need a recipe - not TTGR
NOt sure if this is what you're looking for, but I found this online:

I use a 13X9 glass cake pan lined with aluminum foil and put my chicken tenders in there covered with BBQ sauce and cook them @ 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes and it's a favorite with my FH and his daughter. GL!!

It is almost noon here, and I need this ready by around 6ish - so can I cook it on high for about 6 hours instead and it will be ready?
