Need gift ideas from son to OT

My son has been seeing an occupational therapist for the past year. He's about to be discharged from therapy in 2 weeks. He REALLY likes his "private coach" and we want to get her a parting thank you gift.
I'll probably get her a gift card to Barnes & Noble, but I'm looking for something for my son to give her or make her.
Thoughts?
High School English teacher and mom of 2 kids:
DD, born 9/06/00 -- 12th grade
DS, born 8/25/04 -- 7th grade
