Unfortunately, I could walk to my in-laws house in the amount of time it will take to type this.
Anyway, DH is fixing up a72 VW Super Beetle, so FIL has been here (every day) helping him. The man has the same shirt on that he had on like a week ago. It's probably stiff as a board by now.
I mean, we went to the doctor on the 25th and had to stop by their house before we came home. He was out working in the garden in 80-something degree weather.
Next day we got the car towed here. FIL came up to see it. Same shirt. Next day, and everyday to today-- same shirt!!
I mean, it hasn't been cooler than 83ish degrees any of those days, and I KNOW MIL doesn't do laundry everyday....
Such a mystery.
Anyway... I suppose I'm just bored. Trying to stay cool with a broken A/C. It's not working.
Re: Same shirt, different day-- for a whole week!!
LOL I read the title as same shiit, different day!
My dad has done this and can't see why I say that people will think he is wearing the same article of clothing over and over.
It is faded on the shoulders from being in the sun so much. He came in the house yesterday to say bye to the baby.... definitely the same shirt. Ha.... blegh.
That's pretty gross. I don't understand people wearing dirty clothes. Does he shower then put the dirty shirt back on??? Or just not shower? **shudder**
My mom is sort of lazy about personal hygiene too and it extends to clothing. It gets brutal in the New Orleans summers. She does weird stuff like putting on a dress at night to sleep in it, then exercise in the AM in it (like a walk where she gets sweaty), then continue to wear it all day....no shower.
One of my favorite things about DH is how fanatical he is about being clean. He takes 2 showers most days and always smells soapy and yummy.
