Ok, what the heck is going on

I come to 9-12 for my daily dose of snark and drama, and nothing!

What is going on here?

    It's Memorial Day in the states.  Most office jobs are closed today.  I'm here b/c DH is doing yard work in 95 degree weather and DD is napping.  I guess I could help him, but...
