is this dress too casual for a summer wedding?

I have a wedding to go to in a couple of weeks and I really love this dress but I am not sure if it is dressy enough. What do you ladies think?

    I love it! Unless the invitation says black tie, I think it's perfect.

    I agree with pp, it's beautiful! Is the wedding outside? Does the invitation say black tie? It kinda depends on those things :)

    It's cute for a daytime/outdoor wedding.  I  seem to always have to pull up strapless dresses because they always fall down tempting to expose my boobs.

    I love it! I was actually looking at the same dress for my SIL's wedding, but I don't think I'll be able to do strapless. I was uncomfortable in strapless dresses before I got PG (because of my gigantic boobs). Now they are just obscene.
