    I haven't tried it yet, but I just put one on my instant queue with Netflix.  If you have Netflix, there is a free one for you to try!

    I found 2 Yoga Mama videos on the instant streaming.  I did the first one before my m/s and exhaustion hit and thought it was too easy.  I'm going to try it again today - it'll probably be just as hard as I can do it now.

    Hmm.... I just checked and the Yoga Mama video is only available for streaming until 6/1/11, so I don't know what will be available later this week.
