What's for dinner 5/29?
We went to the Science Museum today and I had a trio of salads - roasted veggie, orzo and some sort of morrocan bulgar salad which was divine. I love the food at that museum! DH had a Chipotle Chicken Wrap and the kids had McNuggets and fruit.
Dinner tonight is cheddar cheese, apples, strawberries and crackers! And Pillsbury Flag Cookies for dessert!

Grilled fish tacos, mole-style baked beans, and grilled corn salad. And mojitos! Dessert was apple cake and cookies. Boys ate corn and chicken dogs from the grill.

with grilled asparagus and basmati rice. So easy and yummy!
Tomorrow: London Broil with roasted red potatoes and some other veggie. Maybe strawberry shortcake for dessert if I'm feeling ambitious.
