Nipples...may be TMI

So....I am starting to freak myself out about this and could use some advice. I have a kind of crust on the end of my nipples. It is kinda yellowish and can be picked off....sorry if this is too much. I have had it for a while (before being PG) and really didn't think anything of it. I was looking online last night to try and figure out what it was and kept coming accross a kind of breast cancer. My doctor has seen it before and never said anything-though I haven't asked her specifically about it. I have started using lotion in case it is just dry skin. Anyone else have anything like this. I have an appointment on Tuesday and plan on asking her, but could still use some advice. TIA,

    I am in the same boat i have had this even before being pregnant i could understand if i had this just when i was PG ( milk coming in ) but ive had it before i was PG let me know what your DR says... i just havent really worried about it hope its nothing too serious to worry about! good luck~

    Sounds like colostrum leakage (premilk). Totally normal and happens to many pregnant women.

    I always thought it was psoraisis or eczema since I have had issues with both? It seems to pop up on me during the winter, so maybe dry skin?
