First of all, Math is my worst subject. I'm dyslexic with repeating numbers, and had to take many math classes twice.
In one of the many classes, I remember this one problem - what are the chances you'll get a head/tails if you flip a coin? I said 50% and was wrong. I still don't understand the answer, but I remember it distinctly not being 50/50. Maybe the number of times you flipped it made a difference.
So, taking this into account, if you took a Chinese Gender Predictor multiple times, would your answer still be 50/50?

Yes.
From the interweb's trusty and always reliable panacea of knowledge, wikipedia:
The outcome of coin flipping has been studied by Persi Diaconis and his collaborators. They have demonstrated that a mechanical coin flipper which imparts the same initial conditions for every toss has a highly predictable outcome ? the phase space is fairly regular. Further, in actual flipping, people exhibit slight bias ? "coin tossing is fair to two decimals but not to three. That is, typical flips show biases such as .495 or .503."

NO NO! Wait, I know the answer:
It's totally not accurate if you use the Shettles method. Because that's science. ::nod::
