Mine started around the 7th week and lasted till 3 months almost on the nose. I couldn't stand the smell of cooking meat or pretty much anything else. I ate mostly fruit and carbs. I didn't lose any weight (I think bec of the carbs) but didn't gain either. I am 19 weeks today and I have gained about 3lbs so far. This is also my first pregnancy. The MS was like 9 weeks of the flu! I still notice the occasional sensitive stomach but NOTHING like before.
It will vary person to person and pregnancy to pregnancy.
There is really no point in comparing your MS to others. I had it bad until about 12 weeks, then felt like a million bucks for a while, and yesterday it was so bad I had to stay home from work. And i'm at 18 weeks. You just never know.
This is a dangerous thing to ask. You may not like the answers, can be scary, but everyone is so different. All my friends told me I'd be fine around week 11-13 and that after the first tri it'd be gone. I also had it worse than any of them so I was skeptical but it was nice to feel like there was an end in sight. For most I am sure it ends around the end of the first tri but it just varies so much for everyone.
I puked every day at least once a day from weeks 6-21. Now I haven't puked since then but I could still easily get queasy if I don't eat regularly and I wouldn't put it past me to puke again if I didn't keep up with a snack / meal every 2-3 hours. I of course am diligent to eat regularly, I don't want that to start again.
I had hyper G, which is like m/s to the extreme. It started around week 6, got horrible around week 8 and kept getting worse until around week 12, when I could treat it with meds. It's mostly better now, but I still get really sick some days.

My MS was worst at weeks 10-16. It started to clear up during week 17.
I've felt pretty good the last 3 days!! (knock on wood)
Best of luck to you, hope you feel better soon
