Hypnobabies Cd's

Hi,

I was given the Mp3's of the Hypnobabies set and am waiting on the book from the library.

Would anyone be willing to let me know how to get started and which Cd's are for which time etc...I would really appreciate the help!

    I took the class from an instructor so it might be a little different, but I know the first week I alternated Your Special Place and Easy Comfortable Child birth. Hth!
