We're cautiously expecting identical BBB triplets. We love the name Mac and have chosen to use it for one of our boys. But we still need two more names. We'd like your opinion of our boy names and/or name suggestions.
We are considering: Frederick, Henry, Leo, Ralph, Sam, Shepherd, and Theodore.
Thanks!

Re: Help Choosing Names for Multiples!
These aren't really my style, but of the choices I like Frederick and Samuel (but not Sam for some reason).
Cute choices! I have a 2 year old named Max and I am expecting another boy soon who will be named Leo Frederick, so I pick those 2 names. Congrats on your triplets!

Thanks for the congratulations.
Mac is just Mac. For Sam, we're up in the air. I can image us using either Samuel or just plain ole Sam.
We aren't 100% sold on any name besides Mac. If anyone has any suggestions we're open.
Well since I love Mac I'll offer up some of my other fave boy names. I like Beau, Spence, Reid, Walker and Wynn.
I LOVE Theodore, Leo, Shepherd, and Frederick, in that order. GREAT CHOICES.
Sam I love as a NN, but everyone will assume it's short for Samuel.
Ralph and Henry are NMS.
Congratulations on your triplets, that is so exciting!
I'm pretty biased towards Theodore!
I also love Henry and Leo.
Not really a fan of Frederick or Ralph. I don't care for nick names as first names, such as Sam and dislike Shepherd.
I think we might strike Ralph and Sam.
I also think Frederick, Henry, Leo, Shepherd, and Theodore have the same feel as Mac. I like the nicknames Fred/Freddy, Hank/Harry, Shep, and Theo/Teddy. I'm kind of digging Walker.
What do you all think of Franklin and Truman?
I like Leo and Henry to go with Mac also. My youngest is named Henry after his great grandfather so I am a little biased towards that name
Hank and Harry are common nicknames for Henry, in case you didn't already know. No one has called my Henry "Harry" yet but I have gotten a few "Hank"s.
I would do a more formal name for Mac with that as a NN but I'm a NN person. However, since you aren't me, maybe:
Mac, Henry, and Leo
I think Declan would fit well too.
*Live, Love, Laugh, Learn*
My vote would go to Leo, Mac and Henry.
I love Theodore nn Theo but think Theo and Leo is a little lame lol.
With Mac, I like Leo and Sam. And even though I'm not a big fan of themes, I think it's cool that they'd each have 3 letters in their first name, esp because they are triplets.

I like Mac, Henry and Leo as well. Actually, I love it!
Just a thought--if you do Mac with two names that are longer and have natural NNs (think Samuel=Sam and Fredrick=Freddy/Rick) people are going to assume that Mac is short for something as well. Which isn't a problem if it isn't a problem for you, if that makes sense.
I had a close friend growing up whose Dad's name was Mac. People ALWAYS were asking him what Mac was short for or assumed is was short for something and called him that something...again, not a problem if it doesn't bother you :-) Just tossing some stuff out.
What about Mac, Lad & Theo.
I know Lad is probably not going to be popular with some of the other ladies. This is a co-worker's name & he is a great guy. Just thought I would throw it out there for you to add if you like it. Plus I think it goes well with Mac!

I really love Henry, Theodore and Frederick!
I'm not a huge fan of Mac, but I think if you're going to use it, the other names should go with it. Mac, Sam and Henry work for me.
Playing off the other names, Mac, Sam and Ted?
I'd probably still want to use something longer for Mac, but that's just my preference for longer names/
ITA!
OR you could just add a Lyndon, and go with it
I like the idea of short names to go with Mac.
Mac, Theo, Hank
I feel like Mac will sound a little nick-namey next to some of these more classic names. Would you consider a longer name with nn Mac?
I like these combos:
Henry, Leo and Samuel (not just Sam)
Henry, Theodore, and Samuel
Frederick, Theodore, and Samuel
Frederick, Henry and Leo.
What about Maximillian, Theodore, and Frederick with nn's Mac, Theo and Fred?
Or Maximilian, Samuel and Theodore with nn's Mac, Sam, and Ted?
Mac, Henry, and Leo sound the best to me.
I like Mac, Leo, and Shepherd best. Cute!
I also like: Mac, Noah, Leonard
Mac, James, Oliver
Mac, Hugh, Charles
Mac, Benjamin, Owen
